How it works

A transparent 12-step process, tracked at every moment through your personal dashboard.

    Account creation

    You create your candidate file online and receive a tracking code.

  2. 2

    Application submission

    You complete the form and securely submit your documents.

  3. 3

    File processing fee

    The file processing fee is €550, payable exclusively via Western Union or MoneyGram. Proof of transfer must be uploaded before the file is reviewed.

  4. 4

    Document verification

    Our teams check the legibility, validity and completeness of your documents.

  5. 5

    File review

    Your profile is analyzed and matched against the needs of our partner companies.

  6. 6

    Interview

    An interview is arranged, by video call or by phone.

  7. 7

    Validation

    Your validated file joins our pool of presentable candidates.

  8. 8

    Presentation to employers

    Your profile is forwarded to the relevant partner employers.

  9. 9

    Selection

    The employer decides whether or not to shortlist the application.

  10. 10

    Administrative preparation

    If selected, we prepare the administrative file, including the visa application where applicable.

    Departure

    Practical organization of your departure as set out in the contract.

  12. 12

    Integration

    Follow-up during onboarding and the first weeks in the role.

Financial terms and coverage

File processing fee: €550

This fee covers the review and administrative processing of your file. It is payable exclusively via Western Union or MoneyGram, and proof of transfer must be uploaded before the file can be examined.

Refunds

If the application is not shortlisted, the file processing fee is refunded in accordance with HORA INTERIM's refund policy detailed in our Terms of Use.

Plane ticket

When provided for in the contract signed with the employer, the plane ticket may be covered by the company. This coverage is not systematic.

Accommodation

When provided for in the contract signed with the employer, accommodation may be provided for the first six months. This depends on each employer.

Important: HORA INTERIM prepares and assists with visa applications where applicable, but the issuance of a visa or residence permit is solely the responsibility of the competent authorities of the country concerned. No outcome can be guaranteed.
